Cynaris ("we", "us", "our") operates cynaris.ai. This page explains what information we collect through the site, why, and how it is handled. If anything here is unclear, email us at contact@cynaris.ai.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us directly — through the Contact form, the newsletter signup, or the live AI Mentor and ATS Scorer demos on this site. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels of any kind on cynaris.ai. The only cookies this site sets are strictly functional: a session cookie and a CSRF security token, both required for the site to work correctly and neither used to track you across other websites.

The live demos, specifically

The AI Mentor and ATS Scorer demos on this site process what you type or paste (a question, a resume, a job description) in order to generate a live response, using third-party AI model providers to produce that response. We do not retain what you submit to these demos beyond what is needed to generate and return the response — nothing you enter into a public demo is stored, associated with your identity, or used for any purpose beyond producing that one result.

Contact form and newsletter submissions

If you submit the Contact form or subscribe to updates, we store your name, email, and message only for the purpose of responding to you or sending the updates you signed up for. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Client engagements

Where Cynaris is engaged to build or deploy an AI product for a client (for example, AI HRMS or AI Analytics), that work is carried out on the client's own network and infrastructure wherever applicable. We do not retain client data, documents, or records beyond the engagement — materials used during the engagement are securely shredded or destroyed once the work is complete, and are not kept, reused, or shared beyond that client relationship.
